Great post! Heard a story about this on NPR as well. There is an awful lot from each generation to learn from one another. Imagine the possibilities that open up for those organizations (and families for that matter) that realize all there is to be learned from each generation!

This is truly inspiring. I could not help but hear the voice of Carolyn Shaffer narrarating this blog entry as I read it, with your passion for life evident in every sentence of this post! I am going to share this site with my parents, and I would not be surprised if they contact you soon...

Carolyn:

Congratulations on your web site and business. Watching you transform your life has been such an inspiration. You have taken on the terror barrier and won. The video link on wisdom is just so true it is about loving others. Just like the Zig Ziglar quote, "Man was designed for accomplishment, engineered for success, and endowed with the seeds of greatness." I'm looking forward to watching those you work with transform the seeds of their greatness into their next chapter of success. Thank you.

Congratulations on this great site. I love the "owl butterfly" as it highlights the wisdom that comes with any transformative process. The wisdom trailer was inspiring! Sharing of thoughts and wisdom will be just what happens with the 2 Young 2 Retire based workshops. Plenty of ideas to share for inspiration and new chapters.
