Transforming Transitions was founded by Carolyn Lukert, a seasoned business professional with a concentration of experience in human resources and employee development. After a successful career with the General Electric Company, Carolyn joined RTI Biologics, where she built a top-notch human resources team and was instrumental in transforming the culture from very traditional to one that is based on the unique strengths of each employee.
Carolyn has her BA in Economics from Fairfield University, her MBA with a concentration in strengths-based leadership from the University of Nebraska, her strengths coach certification from The Gallup Organization, and her 2 Young 2 Retire program facilitator certification from Howard Stone, author of Too Young to Retire: 101 Ways to Start the Rest of Your Life .
